The following resources have really assisted me and continue to assist me on my path of healing & evolution and I'd love to share them with you! I have researched many areas of Consciousness, since my Spiritual Awakening September 27th, 2016. I've been down quite a lot of rabbit holes and I have distilled the most potent findings here. "Alan Watts Being in the Way" - a podcast collecting recordings of Alan Watts lectures - Alan was/is a playful and wise guide sharing Eastern Philosophy with Western Audiences.

"Ram Dass Here and Now" - a podcast collecting recordings of Ram Dass lectures - there are over 200 episodes sharing his Heart-centered wisdom. If this is daunting, I've conveniently been putting all of my favorites into the "Good Podcasts" playlist listed above.
